Four independent sets of measurements were obtained from field-grown plants
(cv Désirée) approximately two month after planting. Plants
were shortly before the flowering stage. Grown in Dundee, Scotland.
The activity was measured at 50°C. Total protein was determined with a commercial Bradford assay (BioRad)
